Our Mission Statement

• The RMS Counseling Department is dedicated to supporting every student’s academic, social, and emotional growth in a safe and inclusive environment. We help students develop self-awareness, responsible decision-making, and strong interpersonal skills empowering them to thrive as ethical, informed, and engaged global citizens. In partnership with families and the school community, we promote equity, cultural understanding, and personal growth to prepare students for a dynamic future.
